Hi Everyone,

My name is Alexandra (better known as Allie) McCormick and I am a proud Girl Scout for over nine years. During this time, I received my Bronze and Silver awards, and am currently working on my Gold Award. 

I am a member of the GS Ceremonial Unit, GS Farm, and Media Girl Unit, where I participated in countless media interviews on Girl Scouts behalf, and was featured in a recent GrubHub commercial.  I also serve as an alternate delegate at the Girl Scout National Council Session; and was honored this past May to be elected to the GSNC Board of Directors as a Member at Large, representing the Girl Leadership Committee. 

Outside of Girl Scouts, I am on a travel softball team.  I also play four instruments (alto saxophone, keyboard, guitar, and ukelele); and participate in five clubs at my school (environmental, JMAC, Jericho United, VolunTeens, and Souper Heroes).

Girl Scouts has dramatically impacted my life for the better and truly shaped the person I am today! I deeply love Girl Scouts, and am so grateful for all of the opportunities I have experienced from being a Girl Scout.
